The new Pant-Y-Blodau development is located on Waterloo Road in the village of Pen-Y-Groes, close to Cross Hands and Ammanford. The infrastructure for a development of terraced, semi detached and detached, 2 and 3 bedroom houses is due to start in Summer 2017.
